For those of you having technical difficulties with the Ignite format, you might want to consider taking advantage of Software Training for Student's "Ask a Trainer" program (http://www.doit.wisc.edu/training/student/index.aspx). [...] After you register with Software Training for Students, you can set up an hour-long one-on-one appointment with a trainer who specializes in power point.
